This post is talking about the cheongsam(旗袍). In this movie, I just realize that there're so many kinds of cheongsam, and it does shows the liberation of women in twenty centry. Yes, clothes do represent a country's culture, and the cheongsam can really represent a huge change on women in eastern culture,no mater in the spirit or the look of women , this clothe do symbolize Asian culture.
Godzilla , one of my favorite movie. Since I was a kid, I watched Godzilla . I like the appearance of this creature, it is so adorable except 1998's Godzilla, it was much more like a lizard, and it was cast as the villain in the play. I have to say Godzilla just like a god in the Japanese's mind, Godzilla is not going to play villain in the movie, furthermore, Godzilla live depend on the nuclear, which symbolize a kind of pain by nature. Because the greed of human create this creature to make the balance of nature.
I think this reason of the movie can represent Asia is that the reacting force of ruining the nature is heading us now, maybe Godzilla is telling us to be alarm in the future.
