“ILO ILO”, which introduced by Lillian
is the most interesting topic to me. Lillian really prepared well, and let me
know a lot of knowledge not only just about the film, but also Sigapore special
culture. Singapore is really a special country on culture. Such as languages, there
are many languages in Singapore, including Chinese, English,
Malay, Cantonese, and Tamil. In the film, we can see many social issues in
Singapore. The most interesting issues to me is about their factory style
education. That means in there, the country want to make each student same,
just like products. This make them lose their freedom to create in their own
ways. I think this is really a big issue in Singapore, and maybe in other
countries in Asia.
