I didn’t watch the movies that talk about lesbians
before. But after she shared her experiences, which changed her views, I am
kind of attracted to films that talk about lesbians. She introduced three
movies, Yes or No, Saving face and Spider Lilies. There were different
backgrounds, but same topic. I may like to watch “Yes or No” first. Because she
said it wouldn’t give you too much pressure, it was a relaxed and youth story.
So when people who watched this kind of movies first time, may not feel
uncomfortable. If you are a homophobia, you should try, maybe it will change
your mind.

It was about Yasujiro Ozu’s exhibition in Tokyo. I heard about him,
but I haven’t watch his films. However, I felt excited about his works after she
introduced. There were a lot of things, they exhibited his paintings, which
some of them were showed in his films, and storyboards and so on. I really wish
I was there.
She also introduced some of his films and
shared her though such as “Tokyo story” and “An Autumn Afternoon”. And he has
his style in many ways. Anyway, I may watch his films in the future.
