In the documentary film, there are three
images that impress me most-the Chinese man with phoenix eyes and moustache, a
man wearing a pair of round glasses who looks spineless standing between two stairs,
and a young man who try to build his body in front of a wall posted Bruce Lee’s
picture.
Westerners seem to have some stereotypes
about Asian people. I think it’s strongly related to the history. Overviewing
the history, Asian world didn't develop as fast as Western- no matter in economic
or military. So, Asian country often became other country’s colony. I guess
that the reason why they will give Asian male the weak image.
