I am so into this movie. I've seen this movie for at least...more than ten times, I guess?!? It serves me a thrill all the time by feeling the way that the director shoots slowly from beach to the sky, then we get a chance to see the scenario when Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman meet up at the end. There are a varietiy of meaningful symbols and foreshadowing details to perceive as an audience. I love this movie.
I am Vann. I look forward to learning more about Taiwan movies! It's quite a pity that there are still people trying to do their best for filming industry in Taiwan while everyone loves HOLLYWOOD movies better. I reckon the age of Chinese is coming soon, because there are a buhch of foreigners who spend money just to learn better about Chinese culture. They have a huge thing about Asian stuff; to be precise, Chinese thingy somehow appears to be mystery of arts, complicated calligraphy, imaginative stories, etc.
